We collect your name, email, state or territory, public profile URL, promotion description, and application acknowledgments to review your eligibility and administer the God’s Hidden Gem Wealth Builders affiliate program.

How your information is used

Your application is stored in the program’s hosted database. The program owner can access it in a protected review screen. Hosting service providers process the information needed to run this page. We do not sell application information or publish applicant details.

Your application receipt

After submitting, you receive a private status link. Anyone with that link can see the application’s review status, so keep it private. It does not reveal the submitted name, email, or application answers.

What to leave out

Do not submit credit reports, Social Security numbers, bank details, identity documents, tax IDs, or information about customers. Tax and payout setup occur separately after approval.

Retention and requests

Application information is retained for review, administration, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. No automatic deletion period has been configured. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact the business owner through the business channel where you received this application link. Requests remain subject to applicable law and required records.

Submitting an application does not subscribe you to optional marketing emails or texts.
